Preparation & Feeding Guide
- Wash your hands before preparing formula. Sterilise bottle, teat and any utensils by boiling in water for 5 minutes or use an approved steriliser.
- Boil safe drinking water and allows to cool down.
- Measure exact amount of previously boiled water into a sterilized bottle. Refer to feeding guide for quantities of water and powder.
- Use only enclosed scoop. Lightly fill scoop with powder and level using built in leveller. Avoid compacting powder.
- Always add one level of scoop of powder for each 50mL water. Place cap on bottle. Shake briskly until powder is fully dissolved.
- Before feeding your baby, test the temperature of formula on your wrist. Feed immediately. Discard any unfinished feeds.
Prepare each bottle individually. It is safer to use formula immediately after it is prepared. Should you need to prepare formula in advance, refrigerate immediately and use within 24 hours.
Follow-on Formula is not suitable for infants under 6 months. It is recommended that solid foods should be offered to infants over 6 months in addition to this product. Putting your baby to bed with a bottle can cause tooth decay. Encourage your baby to drink from a cup from 6-8 months.
